Why Does Robert Kiyosaki Support Network Marketing?
Whether he chose to or not, Robert Kiyosaki has quickly become the darling of the MLM universe. So why does Robert Kiyosaki endorse network marketing? In fact, it is interesting to note that he only one of many voices being heard on this subject. Other notable icons of success including Donald Trump, Mark Victor Hansen and T. Harv Ecker have all given public support for this business model. These voices all share the same thoughts of educational life experience provided through network marketing.
These successful entrepreneurs recognize that the first step in helping someone achieve financial freedom is to bring about a change of mindset and perspective. From the time we enter school we are taught to be successful employees, but we are not taught to create financial opportunities for ourselves. The best way to change deeply entrenched habits is to begin performing a new set of modifying behaviors. A multi level marketing business moves the individual from employee to entrepreneur. The success or failure of the business depends entirely upon the perseverance and efforts put forth by the business owner. Being the owner of a small business requires the individual to learn such skills as time management, budgeting, cash flow management, etc… These are all necessary skill if the individual is to ever make the leap from paid employee working for someone else into the realm of financial freedom. A person must realize the consequences and/or rewards of their actions if they are to become independent from the rat race world of the employee/employer relationship.
Kiyosaki often discusses the sales skills that are taught in a network marketing company. All successful entrepreneurs have learned the art of selling. This goes far beyond the mere sales of a product or service, but deep into the realm of understanding people. Understanding the psychology of decision making is a valuable asset for any entrepreneur. Armed with this knowledge, the business owner can sell themselves in the marketplace as a person of great value. When handled correctly that value becomes more than intangible, but it can translate into the type of value that will ultimately increase a person’s financial statement. By learning the fundamentals of selling, an entrepreneur learns how to control every conversation they have with a prospect or customer.
Finally as a network marketing business grows, the individual learns to manage success. It simply is not enough to obtain success, but an individual must learn to capitalize on the opportunity success brings to create even greater success. It is important that the individual learn to develop the members of their team, so that the network marketing team continues growing and does not plateau. Additionally, managing success could include such things as learning how to put your money to work for you once it is earned and the tax management strategies to make that wealth go farther.
In the end, men like Robert Kiyosaki have endorsed network marketing, because they want to see others to experience the success and opportunities they have come to enjoy.
Follow the advice of Robert Kiyosaki and gain the education network marketing business can give you. Let Carl Willis help you build your home based business.

Train Your MLM Downline Or Someone Else Will
You’ve been given stewardship of your MLM downline and it is imperative that you be proactive in giving them the proper foundation to build their businesses upon. If you fail to do this, they will simply look for someone else to fill that void in their business. Let me give you a true example.
This afternoon I was reviewing the leads that had come into my lead capture system this morning, when I came across this one. The name was “not (company name)” and the email address was “getoffourkeywords” at now dot com. The ad they had responded to was triggered by the name of a particular MLM company. The ad copy says this:
Struggling in (company name)?
Stop struggling and start earning
Learn how to get paid in (company name)
As I thought about this bogus lead, I came away with some thoughts that I believe will be valuable to you.
The first insight is pretty obvious. If the upline distributors of this particular company have been properly and effectively training their teams, then an advertisement like mine would not seem threatening, simply because there would be no interest. My ad calls out to those who are struggling in this particular business, those who respond are apparently not finding the coaching they need from their upline, or the back office of this particular company. Instead of taking a swipe at me as an advertiser, this particular distributor should have done a gut check and determined to improve the level of their leadership. Coaching and mentoring are not options for people who are building multi level marketing businesses, it is in fact a non-negotiable requirement. At the very core, failure to coach and mentor is akin to abandonment and neglect.
The second thing I found intriguing is the idea that they would object to helping their people improve their skill sets. For years multi level marketing has been a place where coaching to higher levels of achievement has been valued. Men like Jim Rohn, Mark Yarnell, Randy Gage and many others like them have been looked up to for the value that they added to the distributors of a particular company and the industry as a whole. A good MLM leader will always encourage their people to become better at what they do. The more skillful your downline becomes the more productive they become.
The third truth that came out of this example should be sobering to anyone who is a leader in a network marketing business. If you do not take the time to properly develop your MLM downline, there will always be someone out there who is willing to step in and take that role from you. If your people are not getting what they require from you, they will simply choose to follow another leader. The greatest loyalty builder you have is your ability to properly equip and train your people on an ongoing basis. When you fail to provide your people what they truly need, you are simply inviting someone else to come in and benefit from your own lack of follow through.
So to you Mr. or Mrs. “not (company name), take this challenge to improve the level of your game. Your MLM downline has already given you their vote of confidence by joining your team, do your part and give them everything they need to succeed.
Effectively training an MLM downline requires a thorough knowledge of the proper fundamentals and skill sets. Let Carl Willis teach you the business building tactics that are necssary for success in your network marketing business.

Finding The Right MLM Company
More and more people are looking for ways to supplement their incomes, as the economy continues to slide and people feel increasingly insecure about the future. Many people are keen to start their own home-based business so they can earn extra money or perhaps even quit their dead-end jobs eventually. One of the most popular routes to starting a business these days is by joining a multilevel marketing company, but before you sign up you should take the time to make sure you choose the right MLM company for you and your interests.
When you join an MLM program, you will be an independent distributor for the company. This means you must operate within their guidelines because you are representing the MLM network marketing company, yet you are not an employee so you will operate as a separate entity and as an independent business person. MLM distributors earn commissions and overrides, not salaries, so your earnings are reported at the end of the year on a 1099 form and you are responsible for paying your own taxes on your earnings.
Even though you would be an independent distributor for any MLM company you sign up with, you are still a representative of the company. What you do will reflect on the company, which is why most companies have strict guidelines you must follow. If you are not careful to follow their guidelines and practice good business ethics, then most MLMs will be quick to terminate your distributor status and revoke your commissions.
At the same time, the company and their products will reflect on you and your fledgling business. Aligning yourself with a company that has poor business practices, bad customer service, low quality products, or shady ethics can quickly and easily tarnish your reputation and not only crush your new business, but squelch your hopes and dreams of success.
Because of these factors, it is very important that you spend some time studying and researching an MLM before you join it. Even if you have a friend who is fired up about a business and who wants you to jump into business with them right away, you should step back and exercise due diligence before filling out the distributor paperwork and creating a business association with any company.
One of the first things to find out is how long the company has been in business. It is well known that most companies, whether MLM business opportunities or otherwise, will fail in the first three years they are in business. If an MLM marketing company has been around for longer than three years, then you might have a winner. Many people say that it is best to get into a brand new MLM because you are on the ground floor and the growth potential is huge. While that might be true, there is also a much higher risk of the company going out of business and of all your hard work going right down the drain.
The next thing you should look at is how financially stable the MLM company is. You will find that virtually all of the MLM companies that have been around awhile will boast about being a debt-free company. This is a good sign and does show a certain level of maturity, but be sure to verify their claims. Be leery of brand new MLMs that have already taken on a lot of debt because they will be much less stable and run a high risk of never getting to the point of being viable. In addition, it never hurts to find out if the company has any negative marks with the Better Business Bureau in the city where they are based.

The 105% Principle of Network Marketing Online
In a field of literally millions of people who are involved in network marketing online, it is easy to get lost in the crowd. Differentiation is critical if you are to be seen in this massive field of would be entrepreneurs. So what is it that sets you apart from everyone else? What is the thing that makes you more valuable in the eyes of your target market?
Let’s get brutally honest for a moment. There are literally hundreds, and more likely hundreds of thousands of people promoting the same products, services or programs that you are promoting. The majority are following the same training you were given by your upline, when you joined your network marketing opportunity. The rest of the field is using the same company replicated websites that you are. The only thing that gives you a competitive edge is the value that you as a person add to your prospects. It is at this point, where the 105% principle of online network marketing comes in to play.
Over the years I have been involved in sales and marketing, I have watched this principle in action time and time again. The men and women on top of the leader boards were those that gave the extra 5% above everyone else. The top sales person was always the one that made 10 more phone contacts above and beyond the 25 phone contacts that were required. The top marketer has always been the one that took the time to create their own sales page and didn’t rely on a replicated page provided by their particular company. In the end, it is the value you create that sets you apart from the crowd.
Here are a couple of quick tips for applying the 105% principle to online network marketing efforts:
* Write 3 more blog entries each week
* Submit 3 more articles each week
* Make 10 more daily contacts via Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc…
* Listen to one extra training webinar each week
* Read one additional book each month
* Create a promo video about your latest blog entries
* Create you own sales page with an embedded video
* Create a forum where people can dialogue with you
These are just a few quick tips that you can implement to set yourself apart from the field of online marketers. It has consistently been my experience that those who commit to doing the extra 5% each and every day, are rewarded double, triple and even quadruple of those that don’t. How’s that for a return on your investment.
Learn to use the 105% principle effectively in your network marketing online efforts. Carl Willis will teach you the strategies necessary for success in the world of online network marketing.
