What Are The Best Mexican Dishes Out There?
Mexican food is certainly among my favourite food of the world, I have really not tried something that I do not like from the country as of yet. I learnt how to make many dishes when out on my Mexico holidays and here is what I would serve up at a dinner party if I was doing a Mexican theme.
Chilaquiles
This Mexican dish is actually very similar to the Tex Mex version but the beans and American cheese have been taken away, this dish is essentially toasted tortillas covered in green or red salsa with chicken that has been shredded and sour cream.
